By signing up to this course you (the student) declare that you meet all required pre-requisites for the course and will participate in the course in a manner conducive to the learning of the course material for all students. Any failure to do so in the eyes of the instructor may result in expulsion without refund.
If your course is cancelled by Southwest Rescue, you will be offered transfer to an equivalent course or a full refund of the course fee.
If you cancel participation, the course fee is non-refundable, though refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of Southwest Rescue depending on the reason for cancellation.
